FOSTER HOMES
We are always looking for foster homes, so if you are able to foster, then please contact Rachelle 0423 285 642 to go through it with you.

ADOPTING
Our rescued animals are spread between loving foster homes from Darwin to Rural Areas. If you would like to meet one of the animals, please call Rachelle 0423 285 642 who will go through the initial adopting information with you, and then arrange for the foster carer to contact you to make a time to meet the animal. The foster carer can then answer your questions about their foster animal while you are visiting.

All animals go on a two week trial to make sure that everyone fits in well together. During this time we ask that you contact us immediately to discuss any concerns or problems so that we can help you through them, or to share your joy that you have found your perfect match!

There is a simple adoption form to be completed and signed in duplicate, one copy will stay with you for your information and also so that you have all our contact details, the other will stay with us and be provided to the vets.

It is a requirement that all of our rescues MUST be desexed, this is not negotiable.

We don’t ask for any money for all the things we do (worming, flea treatments, vet visits, food, bedding, litter etc) (though we are extremely grateful if a donation is given), all that we ask that you do is pay the vet costs to have the desexing, vaccination and microchip done. We have worked out an arrangement with our vets for this to be done at a discounted rates, the vets do this in order to assist in the rehoming as well as to stop the unnecessary breeding cycle.

We do have one small request, and that is that you provide photos of your new family member as they grow and settle into your family so that we can post them in our happy endings album. We are always so happy to see our rescues with their new families, and the foster carers also love to see where their loved fosters have gone.

REHOMING
If you wish to rehome your animal, you must contact Rachelle 0423 285 642 before you post on the page. After you have spoken, you will need to send good clear photos of the animal, along with all the details about age, sex, possible breed, vet work completed, temperament, character, and your contact numbers. We help to rehome animals who are desexed, so if your animal is not desexed, then you will be asked to either desex prior to being rehomed through us, or to assist the adopting family with the desexing. As we do not ask any surrender or rehoming fee, we don't believe it is too much to ask that this be taken care of. As has been stated many times previously, we are a rescue group and will not condone any of the animals that pass through our group breeding and adding to the burden of unwanted unloved animals.
